When I press the ON/OFF button, I hear a beep but my UPS does not start?

Can I replace the batteries of the UPS by myself?

The battery voltage of different models of UPS varies from 12Volts to 96Volts and even higher for the external battery packs, therefore, it is not recommended for common user to replace the batteries. Please refer to the qualified engineers for servicing.

While for the UPS-SP, HP, 850GP,1200GP series, you can follow this procedure to replace the battery by yourself:

1.Disconnect the UPS from AC mains and Switch off the UPS.

2.Open the battery cover.

4. Take out the old battery and replace it with a new one.
